Execution of demolition, complete renovation, and interior design works

The restaurant has a floor area of 481 m², and the lounge an additional 166 m².
Our company carried out the demolition, complete renovation, and interior design works.

During the planning phase, environmental considerations and essential safety and health regulations were given special attention, and the use of harmful construction materials and technologies was avoided.
The outdated and deteriorated condition of the restaurant and lounge primarily required a shift in interior design style, with all elements, surfaces, and furnishings being replaced.
Interior flooring, suspended ceiling elements, furniture, doors and windows, as well as parts of the electrical network and internal building services systems, were all renovated.

Special emphasis was placed on creating a new interior design concept, resulting in a modern and vibrant atmosphere.
Following the renovation, both spaces were transformed into modern, functional, and fully equipped communal areas full of life, thanks to their color scheme and material use. Meeting points were also created within the lounge area.
