Comprehensive Renovation of the Maarif Hungarian-English Bilingual Primary and Secondary School

ÉPDUFERR Nyrt. is carrying out the complete general construction works for the project.

The entire façade, interior spaces, and courtyard will be renovated, along with the roof and sheet metal structures. Windows and doors will be replaced, a covered atrium will be created, and a green roof will be constructed.

In addition to modernizing the building, our task is to preserve the memory of its historic character.

The building was originally designed for educational purposes. The eclectic corner building features neo-baroque façade elements and is characterized by horizontal façade articulation. The brick cladding evokes a rustic effect.

The client and the designers placed special emphasis on ensuring that the building’s façade appearance and overall massing preserve as much of the original look as possible.
