The contract between ÉPDUFERR Public Limited Company and Maarif Hungary Property Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság was concluded on 2 June 2023, with a final deadline for the contractor's performance of the contract of 488 days after the conclusion of the contract, for a net contract price of approximately HUF 2.17 billion.
