The LINUM Courtyard is Under Construction

As part of a comprehensive concept, the Linum Courtyard is being developed, creating the town’s future recreational and institutional park.  

Currently, the structural construction of the building complex is underway, incorporating 400 tons of reinforced concrete and 4,000 cubic meters of concrete.

The road and sidewalk surfaces of the public spaces surrounding Linum Courtyard have already been renewed, and a new roundabout has been built.

Upon completion of the buildings, a 3,000 square meter rooftop garden, an additional 3,600 square meters of landscaped green space, and a new promenade will be developed.

One wing of the complex will house office spaces, while the other two units will serve commercial and service functions, including a fitness center, retail shops, a food bar, and a grocery store.

The stepped architectural design of the buildings follows the natural contours of the area, blending seamlessly into its surroundings. The color and material choices strive for a modern, unified appearance, featuring a gray granite base and pavement, glass surfaces, off-white facades, brushed and lacquered aluminum window frames and railings, and a light anthracite color scheme in harmony with the overall aesthetic.
