From the very beginning, our company has been driven by a family-friendly mindset, and now we have taken another step toward fostering a warm and supportive work environment.

The past year has tested family relationships, making people even more socially sensitive. In such times, it is especially important to support one another.

We strive every day to provide our employees with a family-friendly workplace, considering their needs so they can spend more quality time with their loved ones. We maintain regular contact with our colleagues on maternity leave, warmly welcoming them back to our team when the time comes—they can count on us, just as we count on them.

As a token of our appreciation, we wanted to contribute to the beautiful journey of family life by gifting our colleagues with high-quality baby products. This led us to BabaDoboz, a Hungarian business whose mission to support parents in preparing for childbirth resonated with us. Their collaboration with the Hungarian Maltese Charity Service and UNICEF further reinforced our decision to choose their baby boxes as our company’s special gift.

Our colleagues have already received the first baby boxes, and they have been a great success! With this initiative, we proudly establish a new tradition—every baby born into the families of our employees will be warmly welcomed with a BabaDoboz!
