Our Hall is Renewing

Our company has received funding for new machinery within the framework of the GINOP-1.2.8-20 grant program.
As part of the project, we plan to acquire two pieces of equipment that will allow us to perform metal cutting in-house at our own facility. This development will enhance our competitiveness and improve the technological level of our production.
The equipment to be procured includes the DENER Mitsubishi DNR-I 1530 CNC plasma cutting machine and the CUTERAL CSM 550 hydraulic semi-automatic dual-column bandsaw.
The Hypertherm plasma technology reliably provides an optimal combination of speed and cutting quality while minimizing the need for secondary processing and maximizing productivity. Its simple user interface, quick setup, and quick-connect torch increase efficiency. The Hypertherm plasma system is capable of cutting and marking a wide range of metals, both thick and thin, including bevel cutting.
The CUTERAL CSM 550 bandsaw allows for upward and downward movement of the saw frame using hydraulic cylinders, which are guided by two chrome-plated columns. The saw is equipped with a frequency converter that enables stepless adjustment of the saw blade speed. The pressure sensor in the cutting function prevents blade breakage, extending its lifespan. The feed rate of the cut is controlled by a throttle valve, ensuring precise and efficient operation.
These additions will significantly improve our production capabilities, allowing us to work more efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
