Information on the establishment of a joint undertaking

ÉPDUFERR Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (registered office: 2400 Dunaújváros, Verebély út 14.; registered office: 2400 Dunaújváros, Hungary; company register kept by the Court of Companies of the Székesfehérvár General Court, company register number: 07-10-001413, hereinafter referred to as the "Company") informs the investors that the Board of Directors decided on June 27, 2023 to establish a project company "GeoAkku Akku". The meeting of 27 June 2023 decided to establish GeoAkku Limited Liability Company (registered office: 2400 Dunaújváros, Verebély László utca 14., hereinafter referred to as "GeoAkku Ltd.") with the participation of the Company and Mr. Balázs Meleghegyi in the amount of 50%-50%.

GeoAkku Ltd. is established as a project company with a share capital of HUF 3.000.000, its aim is to explore alternative possibilities of energy storage based on the exploitation of the patent made available to it after its establishment, as a first step the industrial feasibility study. The GeoAkku Ltd., which will be established to support green energy, a key energy storage sector for the Company, could mean the expansion and diversification of its activities, if the patent is practicable.
