Successful Capital Increase at ÉPDUFERR

On December 23, 2021, ÉPDUFERR successfully carried out a capital increase by raising 994,553,900 HUF, during which common shares were issued at a price of 50 HUF per share.

The total amount of the capital increase at nominal value was 198,910,780 HUF (the shares have a nominal value of 10 HUF), corresponding to the issuance of 19,891,078 new common shares. The raised capital now stands at 698,910,780 HUF, consisting of 69,891,078 pieces of 10 HUF nominal value registered, dematerialized common shares. The part of the issue price exceeding the nominal value of the shares – a total of 795,643,120 HUF – will increase the company’s capital reserve.

The capital increase involved 9 legal entities – including a fund managed by Széchenyi Alapok Zrt. – and 35 natural persons, who paid the monetary consideration for the new shares. As the lead investor, Széchenyi Alapok Zrt. secured half of the total issuance amount, 497,276,950 HUF.
